Ash cottage was perfect for our needs, had everything you would need for even a longer stay, we only stayed three nights. It was great to play a small part in bringing the cows in too. “We stayed in the Filbert Pod in November 2025 for a nearby family event and can’t fault it at all - the pod was clean, comfortable and warm during the cold snap, and is located in a very peaceful and quiet location - and that’s before mentioning the excellent hot tub! The A27 is in easy reach if travelling by car, and there are frequent buses only 5 minutes walk away to Yapton village centre going in the directions of Chichester, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. Arredamento scadente, pulizia anche. Lo sconsiglio! Non ci tornerei neanche per una notte. Qualità prezzo: COSTOSO!"
